In May, 2012 CCT have patented the state-of-the-art SERF (Sinusoidal Edge Rougher Finisher) tool PCD endmill. The unique PCD tipped SERF tool provides the end-user with a specialty tool that only requires one pass to reach the desired finish.
The SERF tool combines the roughing and finishing pass simultaneously and produces a high-quality finish on the end product. It is commonly used for milling carbon fiber.
